Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting information, requesting a service evaluation, or engaging with GoWebix, these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy are accepted in full.
If there is no agreement with these terms, this website and the services provided through GoWebix should not be used.
2. Modifications
These Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy may be updated, modified, or replaced at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the website or services after any update implies acceptance of the revised version.
3. Nature of Services
Services are provided through GoWebix — Digital Intelligence Studio and are structured according to project scope, technical requirements, available resources, feasibility, and business objectives.
GoWebix provides strategy, digital platforms, conversion infrastructure, automation systems, technical optimization, and custom digital tools based on structured evaluation and defined project requirements.
Submitting a request does not guarantee project acceptance. Only relevant and qualified inquiries are reviewed.
4. Project Evaluation & Acceptance
All project requests are subject to an initial evaluation process.
Direct communication, proposal development, pricing, scheduling, or technical planning may only begin after the request has been reviewed.
A project is considered accepted only after explicit written confirmation and, where applicable, a formal agreement, approved scope, or confirmed payment arrangement.
5. Project Scope
All services are delivered according to the scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and conditions agreed before the start of the project.
Any request outside the approved scope may require additional evaluation, revised pricing, extended timelines, or a separate agreement.
GoWebix is not responsible for delivering features, integrations, design variations, technical changes, or support tasks that were not included in the approved scope.
6. Client Information
Accurate, complete, and timely information is required for evaluation, planning, execution, and delivery.
Incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misleading information may affect project timelines, technical results, communication, or service continuity.
GoWebix may reject, suspend, or terminate services if required information is not provided or if the information supplied prevents proper execution.
7. Service Duration
Any agreement begins on the date of written confirmation, approval, or payment arrangement and remains valid until completion, cancellation, suspension, or termination under the applicable conditions.
Timelines may vary depending on project complexity, client response times, third-party dependencies, technical limitations, and changes to scope.
8. Platform Availability
The website may be updated, modified, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued in whole or in part without prior notice.
No liability is assumed for temporary interruptions, technical issues, availability changes, or access limitations affecting the website.
9. Systems, Applications & Hosting
All delivered systems, websites, applications, tools, automations, plugins, integrations, or technical implementations must be reviewed and validated before launch or operational use.
Once delivered, responsibility for usage, configuration, hosting conditions, third-party infrastructure, platform access, external services, and ongoing operation lies with the client unless a separate maintenance or support agreement is in place.
GoWebix is not responsible for third-party hosting failures, external platform changes, API limitations, plugin conflicts, software updates, payment provider issues, or infrastructure problems outside its direct control.
10. Design, Development & Technical Work
All design, development, configuration, optimization, automation, and technical deliverables are created according to defined requirements and approved scope.
No guarantee is made regarding performance outcomes, search rankings, conversion rates, revenue, traffic growth, business results, or compatibility with external systems unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Technical recommendations may depend on platform conditions, hosting limitations, third-party services, existing code quality, and client decisions.
11. Revisions & Change Requests
Reasonable revisions may be included only when they are part of the approved scope.
Additional changes, new features, redesigns, restructuring, integrations, content changes, or technical modifications may require separate pricing, additional time, or a new project phase.
GoWebix may decline change requests that are technically unsuitable, outside scope, incompatible with the project architecture, or inconsistent with the approved direction.
12. Intellectual Property
All code, designs, visual assets, layouts, systems, documentation, workflows, prototypes, automations, plugins, configurations, and technical structures created by GoWebix are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Until full payment is completed, all work remains the intellectual property of GoWebix.
After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final approved deliverables, unless a different licensing or ownership arrangement is stated in writing.
Use, reproduction, resale, redistribution, duplication, modification, or unauthorized transfer of GoWebix-created materials is not permitted without written authorization.
13. GoWebix Tools & Custom Systems
GoWebix may use internal tools, custom workflows, proprietary systems, WordPress-native components, automation logic, templates, or reusable technical structures during project execution.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, internal GoWebix tools, reusable frameworks, development methods, plugin foundations, scripts, workflows, and proprietary systems remain the intellectual property of GoWebix.
Client usage rights apply only to the final deliverables specifically included in the approved project scope.
14. Payments
All services are subject to agreed pricing, payment schedules, and payment conditions.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services, delayed delivery, restricted access, or retention of deliverables until outstanding obligations are fulfilled.
Deposits, partial payments, milestone payments, or project fees may be non-refundable when work has already begun, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been produced.
15. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, project stage, work already completed, resources allocated, and any applicable legal requirements.
Where legally applicable, consumer cancellation or withdrawal rights will be respected according to the applicable regulations.
Fees related to work already initiated, completed, delivered, reserved, customized, or specifically allocated may be non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
16. Suspension or Termination of Services
Services may be suspended or terminated in case of non-payment, breach of terms, misuse, abusive communication, unauthorized access, technical risk, legal concerns, or failure to provide required information.
Access to systems, websites, hosting environments, tools, dashboards, files, or related services may be restricted until the issue is resolved.
17. Privacy & Data Handling
Any personal information submitted through this website or during a project is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
GoWebix may collect and process information required to evaluate inquiries, communicate with clients, deliver services, manage technical work, improve systems, and comply with applicable obligations.
Further details regarding data collection, usage, storage, retention, security, and rights are provided in the Privacy Policy.
18. Third-Party Services
Projects may require or interact with third-party platforms, plugins, hosting providers, payment systems, analytics tools, APIs, email services, automation platforms, or external software.
GoWebix is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing, policy updates, limitations, errors, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
The client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses, accounts, credentials, subscriptions, and access to third-party tools unless otherwise agreed.
19. Third-Party Services
This website and all services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoWebix assumes no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or economic damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, lost revenue, technical failure, third-party service issues, unauthorized access, or operational downtime.
20. No Guarantee of Results
GoWebix applies structured strategy, technical execution, and professional standards to improve digital systems, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.
No guarantee is made regarding sales, traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue, leads, platform growth, or third-party approval unless explicitly agreed in writing.
21. Legal Compliance
The client is responsible for ensuring that their business, content, products, services, data usage, advertising, payments, legal notices, and operational practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
GoWebix may provide technical or structural recommendations, but legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, or compliance advice must be obtained from qualified professionals.
22. Acceptance
By submitting information, requesting a service, approving a proposal, making a payment, or engaging in a project, full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions is confirmed.
