8. Systems, Applications & Hosting

All delivered systems, applications, and technical implementations must be reviewed and validated prior to launch.

9. Design & Development

All deliverables are created based on defined requirements and approved scope.

No guarantees are made regarding performance outcomes, business results, or compatibility with external systems unless explicitly agreed.

Until full payment is completed, all work remains the intellectual property of GoWebix.

10. Intellectual Property

All code, design systems, visual assets, and technical structures are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Use, reproduction, or modification without written authorization is not permitted.

11. Limitation of Liability

All services and the website are provided “as is” and “as available.”

No liability is assumed for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or third-party failures.

12. Payments

All services are subject to agreed pricing and payment conditions.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services and retention of deliverables until obligations are fulfilled.

After this period, fees related to work already initiated or completed are non-refundable.
